About This Program

The Doctor of Philosophy in Christian Organizational Leadership acquaints the student with a broad perspective of Christian Organizational Leadership, focusing on communications, team building, and leadership skills.

The program consists of six courses (30 hours) and a dissertation (20 hours). A 60–150 page dissertation is required. All six courses must be core courses — electives may not be utilized.

Prerequisite: An earned Master's degree from an approved educational institution.

Courses/Textbooks may not be utilized for more than one degree program.
